Chinese Ritual of Foot Soaking
I always remember sitting around a circle soaking feet and chatting about our day with my family growing up. Foot soaking is a common traditional Chinese health remedy used to detoxify the body, promote circulation, relieve pain, and optimize total wellbeing. Immersing the feet and legs in a tub of herb-infused hot water for 20 – 30 minutes at the end of the day can be a very powerful and restorative ritual.
Traditional Chinese Herbal Foot Soak
Our Herbal Foot Soak packets are packed with powerful ingredients such as Epsom Salts, Green Tea, Therapeutic Herbs and pure Essential Oils. Finish your soak with a foot massage – your feet will thank you!
How to use our Herbal Foot Soak Teabag:
Usage: Fill a foot-soaking tub or appropriately sized basin with hot water (95℉ – 116℉), to about 10” – 14” deep. Place one Herbal Foot Soak Tea bag into the water and steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Sit comfortably while soaking your feet for 20 – 30 minutes. When you are finished, pat your feet dry and immediately wrap your feet with a dry towel or put socks on. This procedure can be performed once per day.
